Rochester District Heating is governed by a 10-member Board of Directors, all of whom represent customers of the steam system.
Board members are appointed or elected by our customers as provided for in the By-Laws. Decisions regarding matters such as budget, steam rates, and operating policies are voted on and approved by customers and implemented by the Board, which meets bi-monthly.
